My back has been very sore. Should I walk or not?
The floods had receeded a bit so I could nearly walk all the way round on the path
Weather - cold sunny and a bit windy
Sheep: yep they were there (with my favourite house!)
Mill race into the Ver
Arty Island (where the heron is nesting - I did see one of the pair
Nesting coot
Buds on a horse chestnut tree ( then I noticed the moorhen!)
Then I saw actual leaves!
