Weather! -8, clear blue skies and a stiff wind, making it's absolutely bloody freezing. But we were dressed for it!

Nice to be back in my ex village! The pub has gone all posh! Heartwood Forest has changed the landscape a bit

But it also means that it is conservation positive - hedge laying

Went into the city by train to meet Andrew for lunch

So another 6 hour round trip (why does it take long?)

Big news is that my Bilirubin is 33! Next stop normal????? (20)

Other LF tests still going gradually down.

MRI - showed nothing to be concerned about 

Prednisolone down to 7.5mg!

No more diuretics!

Some chat about going back to work! Need to exercise my brain!

Allowed to help with lambing at Aldenham CP!

Name: checking out the floods and down to the shops

Distance: 1.27 miles (and I got a lift home from the shops!)

Weather: stopped raining! Cold and sunny 

Dogs: a few 

People: OMG! I don't think I have ever bumped into so many people I know. This walk therefore took me 2 hours! (Including a coffee in costa!) think it was about 14!

Name: down to the shops and back

Distance: 1.03 miles

Weather: fine when left the house, pouring down with thick rain two minutes later!

A wet sbootie!

No people no dogs

Just a nice latte and nice friends in costa for an hour and a half!

Got wet walking home! But at least I walked a mile!
