News from the Free!

Saw a nice Danish doctor today. After having a slight melt down over bloods (one day I will understand this system. My mistake all along has been making assumptions which on the whole would seem like common sense - but hey common sense and the NHS really don't seem to go together!) I did have some results at the clinic.

Basically there is very little change from last time. Bilirubin is still 33! Others are similar too. So I've plateaued. He called it stabilized. It's where he'd expect me to be at this stage. Next bloods and clinic appointment is in 8 weeks. They will wait and see what happens next time.

We discussed my many aches and pains. Yes normal after being on a high dose of steroids - I have probably been addicted to them! So getting to a stage where they are at a low dose (7.5mg) I will feel things even more! Typical. I am being sent for a bone density scan.

Got to keep walking!
